Here are some quick answers that should help make your experience here at Scurvy Seas a smooth voyage.
TIMELINE
I am a one manned crew in a little dinghy paddling till days end. Due to the high seas, I have a 3 week processing time from the date of order. The expectation is to have your order processed within 5-7 business days.
WRONG ADDRESS
Double check your address always before purchasing, but if this happens immediately contact hello@scurvyseas.com with your order number and new address- we will get it updated for you if possible!
RETURNED TO SENDER
If this ever happens we will contact you when we receive the package back. If we do not hear back from you then a refund will be issued for your item(s). Please note that we cannot refund the shipping cost in this scenario.
ORDERED WRONG ITEM/SIZE
Contact hello@scurvyseas.com to let us know- we will go over your options in the case of special circumstances!
EXCHANGES
Contact the customer service email at hello@scurvyseas.com and we will access if an exchange is permitted! We can only process exchanges in the case of damaged items or if we made a mistake. (All items on sale/stickers are not valid for exchanges.) The seas are rough out here and stock leaves port quickly, so it is not possible to guarantee exchanges. Regardless, I am extremely grateful for your support and trust you have for The Captain.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
I charge you what your country charges me and then usually have to pay an additional fee. The processing time is much longer for your item(s) to be delivered. Please be mindful of the of this when making a purchase.
I WILL ALWAYS BE MANNING THE SHIP TO ENSURE ORDERS ARE TAKEN CARE OF. THERES ALWAYS A SOLUTION WE CAN WORK OUT IF WE GET HUNG UP IN A STORM. MY GOAL TO GET EVERYONE WHAT THEY WANT. THERE ARE HUMAN ERRORS AND THE SEAS ARE DEEP SO BE PATIENT AND LETS KEEP THE SCURVY CREW GROWING.
